Data Deletion Request
Data We Store
Device identifier — used to associate purchases, credit balance, and app data with a specific device.
Purchase and transaction records — information related to in‑app purchases of credits and subscriptions.
Credit balance and usage data — current balance and records of credit usage.
Dream history — text entries created by the user. Dream history can be deleted directly in the App at any time.
Option 1 — Delete in the App (recommended)
Open Dream Book → Profile → Delete Account → confirm. All data is deleted immediately and permanently. No email needed.
Option 2 — Request by Email
If you can't access the App, send an email to philgrossapps@gmail.com including:
- App name: Dream Book
- Your Device ID (found in Profile inside the App, if accessible)
- A short message requesting data deletion
If you can't retrieve your Device ID, include the email address used for any prior support contact and the date of your most recent purchase — we'll do our best to identify the account.
What Happens After Your Request
After receiving your request: all data associated with your Device ID will be permanently deleted, including credit balance, purchase records, dream history (if not already deleted by you), and any other app data.
Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Subscriptions are not automatically cancelled by data deletion. You must cancel them separately through your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions).
Retention and Processing Time
Email‑based deletion requests are processed within 7 days. Some transaction records may be retained if required by law or for financial compliance purposes (tax, accounting, anti‑fraud). These retained records do not contain dream content.
